Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there are any issues related to payment processing or if processing and shipping the order is completed within 3 days of receipt the Campbell customer service team will contact the purchaser via email and or phone.
